We take a multi-faceted approach to attract only the highest quality guests. This includes verifying guest identity and screening all stays, requiring security deposits, establishing clear house rules, and performing thorough inspections after every visit.
Furthermore, Airbnb provides a Host Protection Insurance program (Aircover for hosts) that covers hosts for up to $3 million in damages caused by guests. While we hope to never need to use this insurance, it provides that additional peace of mind.
